About Zahra Foundation.

Zahra Foundation is a selfless nonprofit organization working tirelessly to provide education and food in various slums of New Delhi.

Apart from providing free education to around 500+ underprivileged children living in the various slums of New Delhi for the last 7 years, we have distributed 23,000 packets of cooked food for the extremely underprivileged people residing in slums. In addition to this, we have also provided 7510 kilograms of monthly Ration, benefiting almost 280 families during the various stages of the Covid19 lockdowns.

We are on a mission to provide cooked food packets to over 1000 underprivileged families living in the tough conditions of Delhi slums. Almost all of them have already lost their homes and livelihoods and now, because of the COVID-19 lockdown the situation there is even worse. Daily wagers and migrant workers don’t have the bare minimum resources to afford a square meal and that’s where we come into the picture and provide them with the cooked food which is a necessity. We request you to donate in whatever capacity you can.
