1. Manufacturing Defect or Damaged Product

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or damage, we offer a free return or exchange within 3 days of delivery.

What to Do:

  1. Email us at support@forevermuslim.in within 3 days of delivery.
  2. Attach clear photos/videos showing the defect.
  3. Mention your Order ID.

Once verified, we will:

  • Arrange a pickup at no cost, or
  • Process an immediate exchange or store credit

No additional charges will apply in case of verified manufacturing defects.

2. Returns & Exchanges (No Defect)

If there is no manufacturing defect, we offer a 7-day return or exchange window from the date of delivery on non-discounted products.

To be eligible:

  • Product must be unused and unwashed
  • Product must be in original condition
  • Original packaging, tags, and invoice must be intact
  • No stains, damage, alterations, or signs of wear

Products returned in unacceptable condition may be declined.

3. Return Shipping

Customers may:

Option A – Self Ship

  • Ship the product to our return address at their own cost.
  • Upon approval, return shipping charges will be credited to your Forever Muslim Wallet.

Option B – Pickup via Our Courier Partner

  • We can arrange pickup for a nominal logistics charge (if applicable).
  • Applicable charges will be informed before processing.

4. Refund Method

After we receive and inspect your return (within 5–7 working days):

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued as Store Credit (Wallet Credit)
  • Shipping and COD charges (if any) are non-refundable
  • Return shipping cost (if applicable) may be deducted

Store credits can be used on future purchases and do not expire.

5. Exchanges

If you request an exchange:

  • Replacement product will be dispatched after quality inspection
  • If pickup was arranged by us, a nominal logistics fee may apply
  • If self-shipped, no additional handling fee applies

Exchange is subject to stock availability.

6. Size-Related Exchanges

We strongly recommend checking the size chart available on every product page before placing your order.

If the size does not fit:

  • Exchange can be requested within 7 days
  • Product must meet all return conditions
  • A logistics fee may apply

However, if there is a manufacturing size variance beyond ±0.5 inches from the size chart, we will process a free exchange or refund after verification.

7. Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order:

  • Within 12 hours of placing the order (no charges)
  • Refund will be processed within 3 working days
  • Amount may reflect in your original payment method within 7–10 working days

After 12 hours:

  • Cancellation may be subject to processing/handling charges
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched

If already dispatched, you may return the order after delivery as per our return policy.

8. Important Notes

  • Discounted / Sale items may not be eligible for return unless defective.
  • Customized or altered products are not eligible for return.
  • Management reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet eligibility criteria.

In case of disputes, Forever Muslim’s decision regarding product condition and refund eligibility shall be final.
